All orders are subject to vat and congestion charge if applicable

Please note that delivery is subject to the following conditions:

1. Orders placed after 9.30 am cannot be guaranteed for next day delivery.

2. The customer must be present to sign, take delivery and unload delivery vehicles.

3. All goods must be delivered to customers address unless otherwise agreed.

4. If the customer is not present on delivery then the customer will be charged for re-delivery.

5. Delivery drivers are not insured to deliver goods into buildings itself.

We are a parquet flooring company in london and as a result price's have to be agreed for all deliveries out side of london.
